14. The Labaiq mobile app (iPhone and Android)
This section applies when you use the Labaiq app. The rest of this Policy applies too.
What the app collects
- Sign-in: your email address or WhatsApp number, used only to send you a one-time code. Your phone keeps a secure sign-in token so you stay signed in. You can sign out at any time.
- Your requests: the text, photos, PDFs and documents you add, the quotes you receive or send, and your messages with sellers or buyers.
- Camera, photos and files: the app opens your camera, photo library or files only when you tap Camera, Photos or PDF / file, and only the items you choose are sent.
- Your company and plan details, and the alerts shown inside the app.
- Basic technical information (app version, errors and security logs) to keep the service working and safe. The app has no advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data.
How AI is used
To read your request, suggest a category and check that it is allowed, the text and any photos or documents you send are processed by an AI service from Anthropic. We use it only to provide these features.
Who sees your information
- Sellers you send a request to see what you wrote and the photos or files you added. They do not see your phone number or email until you choose their quote.
- When you choose a seller, that seller receives your WhatsApp number or email so they can contact you.
- If you tap WhatsApp on a product, WhatsApp opens a chat from your own phone. If it opens the seller's own number, that seller will see your number. If it opens the Labaiq number, only Labaiq sees it.
- We use service providers for hosting, e-mail, WhatsApp messaging and AI processing. They process data for us on our instructions.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app: open Profile, then Delete my account. This permanently removes your account and, if you are its only owner, your company with its requests and quotes. Companies on a paid plan must contact us first. Some records are kept for the periods in section 7. You can also email info@labaiq.com.
Content and safety
Requests and messages must follow our Terms. Anyone can report a request with the Report link. We may review content, remove it, and block accounts that break the rules. The app is for business users aged 18 and over.
